About the role\n

As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with our sales team to support day-to-day operations while learning all aspects of residential real estate, including:

• Assisting lead agents with property campaigns and client management
\n
• Attending open homes and private inspections
\n
• Buyer and seller follow-up and database management
\n
• Supporting marketing initiatives and listing preparation
\n
• Learning negotiation, sales processes, and market knowledge
\n

Previous experience in real estate is not essential but will be highly regarded
