You will learn how to communicate with motivated sellers, manage multiple conversations and follow-up timelines, and evaluate property opportunities with stronger clarity and consistency.

Through real-world exposure and daily activity, you will strengthen negotiation skills, improve confidence in seller conversations, and gain hands-on experience within the acquisitions process. Compensation: $160,000+ at plan earnings Responsibilities: Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Great communication Driven Self-starter About Company At Seller Door Real Estate & Finance Inc., we bring real estate and lending together under one roof to give agents a powerful advantage.
