Quality Engineer

About The Role

Work with a leading global organisation that has a strong presence in Australia. This is a great opportunity for a Quality Engineer to gain experience in an environment utilising the latest technology in a strong team.

What will you be doing?

• Contribute to the delivery of quality engineering practices across digital platforms
• Apply AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test design, defect analysis, and risk identification
• Support an automation-first and shift-left approach by building and maintaining automated test suites
• Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks and contribute to continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Execute functional, regression, API, performance, and accessibility testing as part of the software delivery lifecycle
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality customer outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall quality practices

What are we looking for?

• Around 4-5 years of experience in automation testing
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools such as Playwright
• Hands‑on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub ActionsAI-assisted testing experience
• API testing experience (Postman, REST clients, or automated frameworks)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
