We’re looking for someone who has worked on AI-first or automation-heavy products over the last 3–5 years.

You’ll work across: AI agents and automation systems for gaming SaaS platform workflows Research and player insight systems High-scale user experiences This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex product problems, building scalable QA systems, and shipping reliable AI-powered products. What you'll do: Drive Quality Across AI-Powered Product Operate as a highly hands-on QA IC while helping establish engineering-wide quality standards Drive strong quality standards across product and engineering Influence QA best practices and help elevate testing quality across teams Own End-to-End Product Quality Design and execute test plans, automation strategies, and QA workflows Lead regression, integration, performance, and functional testing efforts Identify usability gaps, edge cases, and platform vulnerabilities proactively Build AI-Native Products: Help define QA approaches for AI-assisted and agentic workflows Test complex product flows involving automation and intelligent systems Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams Improve Processes & Systems Continuously improve QA workflows, tooling, reporting, and release processes Introduce modern testing frameworks and automation best practices Help scale QA operations alongside rapid product growth What we're looking for: Recent experience (last 3–5 years) working on AI-first, automation-heavy, or intelligent SaaS products Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, and modern release workflows Experience with tools like Typescript, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter, or similar Strong expertise in automation and performance testing Strong hands-on ownership mindset with the ability to influence engineering and product quality across teams Strong product thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Passion for gaming, technology, and player experience Why Join Lysto: Build products shaping the future of AI-driven gaming research Work on cutting-edge agentic and AI-powered systems High ownership and direct impact on product quality Opportunity to influence QA strategy from the ground up Collaborate with a passionate, fast-moving team at the intersection of gaming and AI
