Job Description
Arizon RFID Technology is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. This role focuses on building and maintaining quality systems, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement quality improvement parameters using statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes Establish statistical confidence levels by determining appropriate sample sizes, acceptable error rates, and confidence intervals Oversee calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with quality standards Develop and standardize quality documentation, including formats for procedures, work instructions, and management system records Conduct reliability testing and validation for mass-produced products to ensure consistent performance and quality Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and production data; prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations Ensure products meet internal specifications as well as industry and customer quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and operational performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality systems and processes Contribute to team objectives and support additional quality-related tasks as needed Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) preferred Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including knowledge of statistics (calculus a plus) Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows Experience supporting or participating in internal process and product audits Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and engineering specifications Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Ability to identify issues, escalate concerns, and support resolution efforts Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
