Location: Swindon
Work model: on site
Working hours: early, late and night shift
Contract: 6 months contract fix term contract
The client is currently recruiting for a QC Analyst to join the Swindon team.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the 5S methodology within QC
- Managing QC metrics and compliance activities including deviations
- CAPAs, and change controlsWriting and reviewing SOPs and technical reports (COAs, cleaning certificates, validation protocols, etc.)
- Ensuring adherence to data integrity and regulatory requirements across all lab systems
- Staying current with industry innovations in particle size technology
- Lead assigned onboarding and activation workstreams, ensuring readiness for fund launches and smooth transition to business-as-usual operations
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
Required:
- Holds a degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline, or has equivalent industry experience
- Brings hands-on experience in cGXP lab environments
- Has working knowledge of HPLC Empower, method development, troubleshooting, and validation
- Familiar with particle size technologies (preferred)
- Experienced in investigations, SOP writing, and documentation for regulatory compliance
- Comfortable training junior team members and collaborating across departments
