QA Engineer

About This Opportunity: We’re seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on test automation and AI-driven quality assurance. You’ll collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality releases in rapid delivery cycles.

What You’ll Do: ✔ Lead and execute test automation strategies using Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright ✔ Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives ✔ Coordinate testing efforts, identify defects, and maintain high standards of performance ✔ Utilize AI tools (including prompt engineering) to enhance test coverage and efficiency ✔ Work with CI/CD pipelines and JIRA Cloud for test management ✔ Support production releases and rapid deployment cycles What You Bring: ✅ 3–5 years of QA experience (5–6 years preferred) ✅ Strong expertise in Test Automation (Selenium is a must; Cucumber, Playwright, Jenkins are highly desirable) ✅ Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering concepts ✅ Solid understanding of Agile workflows and ability to collaborate with Product Managers ✅ SQL knowledge for queries and data validation ✅ Experience with JIRA Cloud and CI/CD pipelines Nice to Have: Financial services or banking industry experience Production support background Experience in rapid release environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
