Take the next step in your professional career by joining Horta Coslada at our offices in Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid) or Arteixo (A Coruña) as a Metal Structures Project Manager and participate in the development of large projects.

Horta Coslada is looking to immediately hire a Project Manager for Metal Structures for our office in Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid) or Arteixo (A Coruña).

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the commercial, technical and production management of the projects assigned to you, with the following duties:

- Commercial management of the contract and direct relationship with the client, including the negotiation of modifications and contradictory prices. - Technical management, including coordination with engineering and process optimisation. - Production management, including the planning and coordination of on-site work with our own and subcontracted resources. - Ensuring compliance with the required deadline, budget and quality. - Preparation of certifications and financial closure of projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years/' experience in a similar position in an industrial or construction company.

The following will be considered an advantage:

- Knowledge and experience in metal structures. - Good command of English, both written and spoken. - Proficiency in BIM modelling with Tekla Structures software.

PURCHASING TECHNICIAN

We are looking to hire a Purchasing Technician for our office in Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid), whose duties will include:

- Evaluating suppliers and subcontractors. - Negotiating rates and framework agreements. - Requesting quotes, making comparisons, negotiating purchases and placing orders and subcontracts for supplies, services and subcontracting for factories and construction sites. - Monitoring orders and subcontracts to ensure delivery or completion within the agreed deadlines and conditions. - Assisting the technical and commercial departments.

Requirements:

- University degree. - Organised and methodical person with the ability to work in a team and negotiate with suppliers.

The following will be considered an advantage:

- Fluency in written and spoken English. - Experience in a similar position in a construction or industrial company. xqbhyrx - Knowledge of SAP (logistics module – purchasing).
