Position Title: Property Verification Executive

Office Location: Navi Mumbai & Thane

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The role involves visiting assigned locations, verifying property details, capturing photographs of required inventories and property features, and accurately uploading the collected information to the company's system within the prescribed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with landlords to schedule and conduct property visits.

● Verify property details against the information available in the CRM system.

● Capture clear photographs of the property, inventory, and other required areas during site visits.

● Upload photographs and verification reports to the company's CRM application.

● Ensure all required information is accurately documented during the visit.

● Report discrepancies, missing information, or issues encountered during site visits.

● Maintain data accuracy and complete assigned verifications within the given turnaround time.

● Coordinate with internal teams whenever clarification or additional information is required.

Requirements:

● Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in field verification, property inspection, or related roles (full-time/part-time).

● Willingness to travel extensively on field.

● Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

● A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

● Prior experience in field verification, survey, or property inspection is an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:

Education

• Undergraduates are eligible to apply.

Communication

• Basic verbal communication skills.
• Basic written communication skills.

Vehicle Requirement

• Must own a bike or two-wheeler.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
