Property Manager Industry: Pubs (Hospitality) West & East Midlands + up to Yorkshire patch £60,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance SP Executive Search are supporting a well-established, multi-site pub operator in the search for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a regional estate across the Midlands and into Yorkshire. This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team, with responsibility for maintaining and improving a portfolio of sites through a mix of planned maintenance, reactive works and ongoing investment projects. The Role: Manage property requirements across a portfolio of circa 60–70 sites Oversee reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard Deliver refurbishment and refresh projects, supporting the ongoing evolution of the estate Coordinate contractors and internal teams from planning through to completion Manage repair and maintenance budgets, ensuring strong control and value for money Work closely with operational stakeholders to support site performance and standards What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as a Property Manager, Estates Manager or Project Manager within a multi-site environment Background within pubs, restaurants or wider hospitality estates Strong understanding of maintenance, compliance and refurbishment projects Experience managing contractors, budgets and multiple workstreams simultaneously Confident communicator, comfortable working closely with operators and internal teams A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to prioritise and deliver across a busy estate SP Exec is a recruitment partner supporting mid, senior and executive hires across the hospitality sector.
