Property Manager

Edon Management is seeking a Property Manager to join our Contract Management team in Calgary . This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and long-term success of an assigned building portfolio while delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants. What You’ll Do Oversee building operations, repairs, tenant requests, and preventive maintenance programs Provide leadership, coaching, and support to building operations teams and subcontractors Manage contract deliverables, KPIs, and service specifications Develop and oversee annual operating budgets, monitor variances, and control expenditures Conduct regular building inspections and support capital planning initiatives Respond to emergencies during business hours and as part of an on-call rotation after hours and weekends Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and legislative requirements What You Bring Proven experience ( 5+ years ) in property or facilities management Demonstrated leadership experience managing site teams, building operations, maintenance projects, and external service providers Strong hands-on knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, life safety, plumbing, etc.) Proven leadership and people management skills Strong financial and budgeting experience Excellent communication and client relationship skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CMMS and MRI experience considered an asset Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract Commercial Real Estate designation (RPA, CPM, FMA) Asset 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering certification About Us We’ve been shaping Alberta’s real estate landscape for more than 30 years and have grown into a dynamic organization of nearly 900 professionals delivering complete building management solutions.
