Property Accountant

MRI Developer:

MRI Developer focused on custom report writing & dashboard development using Application studio page builder will typically have a job description outlining responsibilities and qualifications related to data extraction, manipulation, and presentation.

Custom Report Development & Dashboard development: Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using SQL, MRI reporting tools & Application studio page builder based on business requirements.

SQL: Write efficient and accurate SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources for reporting purposes

Business Requirements Understanding: Collaborate with business users and analysts to understand reporting, dashboard needs, and translate them into technical specifications.

Report Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing reports and queries for performance and efficiency.

Technical Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of reports, data sources, and SQL logic.

Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to data discrepancies or report & dashboard functionality.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in MRI Property management, SQL development, Application builder and custom report writing.

· Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· SQL Proficiency: Foundational understanding of SQL, including writing queries, joins, sub-queries, functions and stored procedures.

· Reporting Tool Familiarity (Preferred): Exposure to or willingness to learn reporting tools and application studio page builder.

· Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

· Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders.

· Knowledge of Real estate and financial accounting in MRI will be preferred
