We are building something long-term and looking for the right people to grow with us. Who We’re Looking For We are hiring a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish. This role is for someone who takes responsibility without being asked, communicates clearly with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams, understands how to manage both the numbers and the field, and can keep projects moving even when things do not go as planned. What You’ll Be Doing Manage metal building, commercial construction, and renovation projects Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Develop and maintain project schedules Track budgets, costs, and profitability Handle client communication and expectations Oversee field operations and quality control Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Preferred Experience Experience with metal buildings (PEMB) is highly preferred Commercial construction and/or renovation project management experience Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination Requirements OSHA 30 Certification required Bachelor’s degree preferred PMP certification preferred but not required Proven project management experience in construction required What Matters More Than Experience We are looking for someone who owns problems instead of passing them, communicates early, thinks ahead, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
