Job Description
Role Purpose Lead planning, governance, and execution of strategic Treasury and Global Markets initiatives, ensuring structured delivery, cross‑functional alignment, and adherence to regulatory and internal governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle for Treasury programs, including planning, execution, governance, and closure. Develop project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
Drive governance forums, steering committees, and senior‑level reporting. Coordinate across Front, Middle, Back Office, Technology, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and vendors. Oversee vendor delivery, contractual alignment, and external dependencies.
Manage budgeting, funding, resource planning, and delivery capacity. Maintain all project documentation, ensuring auditability and structured controls. Lead change management, scope control, and implementation readiness.
Required Experience & Skills 14+ years in project/program management within Treasury, Global Markets, fintech, or regulated financial sectors. Strong governance, reporting, and multi‑workstream delivery capability. Deep understanding of Treasury products, trading lifecycle, cash & liquidity, and front‑to‑back flows.
Experience with Treasury systems (Bloomberg, LSEG, Flexcube, FMC, TMS). Strong vendor management and technology integration experience. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.
