Description Project Manager Reports To: Jene Hoosier Location: Miami, FL - In-Person Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 Base Salary + Bonus Employment Type: On‑Site We value thoughtful, strategic communication. Position Summary As a Project Manager at Sanctuary, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects that span multiple departments.

You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of these projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise and knowledge in project management and the wealth‑management industry will be critical in achieving our strategic objectives. Ideal Candidate Experience 5‑8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the wealth‑management or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of wealth‑management practices and financial products. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project‑management tools and software.

Ability to analyze complex issues and make strategic decisions. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus/required). Licenses / Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred. Core Responsibilities Project Planning and Initiation: Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates by working closely with stakeholders to define and document project scope, deliverables, features, and functionalities. Lead project initiative activities, identifying and engaging key stakeholders from various departments early in the planning phase, and integrating their requirements into the project plan. Project Execution and Management: Assemble, lead, and oversee cross‑functional project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure milestones are met and roles are clearly defined.

Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets by using project‑management tools and techniques to track milestones and dependencies. Effectively communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, including executives and department heads. Manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirements by following established change‑management procedures and assessing impact on timeline, budget, and resources.

Schedule and lead regular status meetings, developing structure, purpose, and cadence for each meeting to keep the project moving forward. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions; proactively address issues that may impact timelines or objectives. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, technology, and external vendors, ensuring efficient utilization and avoiding under‑utilization.

Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery of high‑quality outcomes that align with company standards and objectives, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation—plans, status reports, and meeting minutes—and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting progress and KPIs. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the wealth‑management organization and recommend changes as needed.
