Employer Industry: Real Estate Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $100,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care 401(k) plan with matching company contributions Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible remote work options available What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Engage with clients to understand business requirements and advise on appropriate analytics Perform data entry, management, and analysis, including complex financial modeling in Excel and Smartsheet Generate business intelligence reporting and analytics to support data narratives Identify, prioritize, and remediate data quality issues Participate in client meetings and support the Capital Planning process What is Required (Qualifications): Degree/diploma in statistics, data analytics, computer science, or a relevant field with 3 to 4 years of experience in data and digital delivery-oriented roles Demonstrated ability to create complex formulas and nested functions in spreadsheets Experience developing dynamic dashboards and interactive reports using PivotTables and Pivot Charts Proven ability to design and maintain complex financial models and forecasts Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and familiarity with real estate department enterprise management How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in the real estate industry or with corporate real estate business Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI Understanding of Capital Planning processes and methodologies Knowledge of data quality management and remediation processes Experience leading client meetings and stakeholder presentations We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
