Project Manager

Job description: The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of mould, asbestos, and environmental restoration projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, construction knowledge, and demonstrated proficiency in Xactimate for preparing accurate estimates. The ideal candidate is also confident in speaking with customers and consistently achieving a high sales conversion rate.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage restoration projects from initial inspection to completion Conduct on-site assessments for mould, asbestos, and related environmental issues Prepare, revise, and submit estimates using Xactimate and other platforms Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and documentation Coordinate field staff and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients Resolve project-related issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements Sell services confidently and achieve a high customer conversion rate Qualifications Previous experience in the restoration or environmental services industry Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software (mandatory) Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and bondable Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage of $30–$35 to start Company vehicle and phone for work-related use Supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement Benefits available after three months Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Work Location: In person
