**Job Title: PM Shift Production Assembler** **Job Description** The PM Shift Production Assembler plays a key role in assembling medical devices on a fast-paced production line and in a cleanroom environment. You will work closely with a team to complete production orders, rotate through multiple assembly stations, and follow written English instructions to build high-quality products using small hand tools. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently while standing for the full shift, and comfort working under clearly defined procedures in both standard production and cleanroom settings. **Responsibilities** Work on a fast-paced production line with a team to complete daily production orders on schedule.

Rotate through approximately 12 assembly stations, becoming fully trained across all stations over a period of 2u20133 months. Follow written English instructions to assemble units accurately using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers. Handle and assemble small parts and components with precision and high attention to detail.

Maintain consistent work speed to prevent bottlenecks and ensure continuous product flow along the production line. Work both alongside team members and independently at an assigned station, depending on production needs. Periodically work in a cleanroom environment on a rotating schedule, including potentially the first full week of employment.

Stand for the entire shift while in the cleanroom, performing tasks such as labeling products, sealing packaging pouches, and other assigned duties. Adhere strictly to all cleanroom protocols, including restrictions on cosmetics, jewelry, and personal items, as well as gowning and attire requirements. Use basic computer skills as needed to support production tasks, such as following work instructions or documenting work.

Lift items up to 30 pounds as required (not repetitively) to support assembly and production activities. Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all rules regarding food, drink, and personal devices on the production floor.

Collaborate with a diverse team, communicate clearly in English, and contribute to a focused, hardworking culture that takes pride in building high-quality products. **Essential Skills** At least 1 year of fast-paced work experience on a production line. Valid work authorization (visa) with at least 2 years remaining from the date of hire. Willingness and ability to commit to a 1-year contract.

Experience using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers to complete assembly tasks. Ability to work with small pieces and parts with strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to stand for the entire shift, including while working in the cleanroom.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (not repetitively). Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and complete any required testing. Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading, with the ability to follow written instructions accurately.

Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with strict protocols and no exceptions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, continuous production environment without slowing the production line. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Soldering experience in an assembly or production environment. Printed circuit board (PCB) assembly experience, especially in a highly regulated work environment.

Ability to read soldering instructions, match numbers to wires, and perform accurate soldering work. Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to different stations and tasks. High attention to detail while maintaining speed and consistency.

The standard schedule is Monday through Friday on the PM shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The work includes both standard production line tasks and periodic assignments in a cleanroom environment.

While in the cleanroom, you will stand for the entire shift and perform tasks such as labeling products and sealing packaging pouches. A heavy jacket is provided for comfort in the cleanroom. The dress code is casual; however, strict cleanroom requirements apply: cosmetics such as makeup, mascara, eyeliner, hair products, aftershaves, perfumes, fingernail polish, and artificial nails are not permitted, and all jewelry including earrings, rings, bracelets, and watches must be removed.

Because cleanroom work can be assigned at any time, these restrictions apply throughout the shift. Skin conditions must be discussed in advance to ensure compliance with cleanroom standards. Eating and drinking are not allowed on the production line, and the use of phones, videos, or pictures is prohibited in production areas.
