Job Description

Overview Experienced Project Manager responsible for overseeing plumbing and mechanical construction projects from planning through close‑out. Ensures all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong communication with clients, trades, and internal teams. Brings deep knowledge of building systems, code compliance, and site coordination to support successful project delivery across residential, commercial, and multi‑family developments.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Develop full project plans including scope, schedule, budgets, manpower forecasts, and material requirements. Coordinate drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure accurate installation and code compliance. Work closely with site supervisors, estimators, and trades to align project objectives and sequencing.

Construction Management Oversee installation of plumbing and mechanical systems, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards. Manage day‑to‑day site activities, resolve technical issues, and adjust plans as needed to maintain project momentum. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship.

Budget & Cost Control Track project costs, approve invoices, manage change orders, and ensure projects remain within approved budgets. Identify scope gaps, risks, and cost‑saving opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and construction partners.

Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and manage expectations around timelines and deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships to support repeat business and long‑term partnerships. Qualifications Experience in plumbing/mechanical construction or related building trades.

Strong understanding of plumbing codes, mechanical systems, and construction drawings. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.

Ability to problem‑solve on active construction sites and support field teams effectively. Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and documentation systems.
