Requirements:

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification — mandatory at PM and Senior PM levels
• Microsoft Project / PWA for schedule management;
  JIRA for Agile tracking
• Financial forecasting and budget management — forecast accuracy within ±10%
• Reports delivered on schedule ≥ 98%;
  schedule data quality in PWA ≥ 98%
• ITGC control execution: 100% on time, zero overdue
• Change and release management: 100% of change records complete pre-release
• Stakeholder management across ATB, ATA, and Allianz OE clients
• Insurance and financial services delivery experience — highly preferred
