Project Manager (Plano)

Title: Project Manager Employment Type: Contract Compensation Range: $60–$65/hour Location: Plano, TX Work Schedule: Hybrid (approx 3 days in-office per month) Industry: Real Estate & Retail Services Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives focused on business process improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency. This role supports enterprise projects across applications, data/reporting, infrastructure, and business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and define project scope Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams Develop use cases and support solution design Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations and systems Oversee solution implementation and ensure successful delivery Support adoption, training, and change management efforts Manage end-to-end project execution, timelines, and deliverables Develop reporting and visualization to communicate project outcomes Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or related roles Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in enterprise environments Experience with Power BI – being able to create dashboards and present to leadership Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet Strong understanding of business systems, infrastructure, and operational workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience within retail, logistics, or operations-driven environments Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience driving measurable process improvement initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
