Project Manager – Large-Scale BESS & Grid Flexibility
\nGermany | Hybrid
\nFluent German and English required
\nMint Selection is partnered with a well-capitalised energy infrastructure company that is expanding its German operations and moving into the delivery of two major BESS and grid flexibility projects.
\nThis is an opportunity to join at an early stage of the company's German growth and take day-to-day ownership of a large-scale energy infrastructure project through engineering, construction, commissioning and grid connection.
\nKey responsibilities:
\n• Lead the integrated day-to-day delivery of the assigned project
\n• Coordinate engineering, construction, commercial, commissioning and grid activities
\n• Manage the project programme, budget, progress reporting and delivery performance
\n• Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, subcontractors and project interfaces
\n• Manage project risks, opportunities, changes and delivery issues
\n• Oversee contractual and commercial matters, including variations, claims and subcontract awards
\n• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
\nThe ideal candidate will have:
\n• Experience delivering complex, large-scale energy or infrastructure projects in Germany
\n• A strong background in BESS, grid infrastructure, power generation, renewables or a related sector
\n• Experience working within an EPC, IPP, utility or owner-side project environment
\n• Strong knowledge of project controls, construction, contracts and multidisciplinary delivery
\n• Professional fluency in German and English
\n• The ability to work effectively with technical, commercial and construction stakeholders
