Hi, Kindly attach your updated resume & share the below information at - Current location - Open to relocate to Chennai (If not in Chennai) - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice period (LWD if serving) - Years of Experience - Job Title: Project Manager Location - Chennai Notice period - Immediate to 30 days Experience required - 12+ years relevant Mandatory to work all 5 days from office We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead a large and complex legacy modernization program The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of professional experience with hands on expertise in Java Spring Boot and Microservices applications Furthermore the candidate should possess a deep understanding and significant experience in implementing SAFe Agile principles Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of talented engineers in the modernization of a largescale legacy system Drive the design development and implementation of Java Spring Boot and Microservicesbased applications Ensure the successful adoption and execution of SAFe Agile principles across the engineering teams Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management quality assurance and operations to deliver highquality software solutions Mentor and develop engineering talent fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Establish and maintain best practices for software development including coding standards code reviews and automated testing Monitor and improve the performance scalability and reliability of the applications Measure teams outcome using metrics such as Epic and Feature predictability Velocity and SprintPI goals Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects Communicate progress challenges and solutions to stakeholders and senior management Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field 10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Java Spring Boot and Microservices applications Proven experience in leading largescale legacy modernization programs Expertise in SAFe Agile principles and practices Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and leading highperforming teams Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Certification in SAFe Agile or other relevant Agile methodologies Mandatory Skills : Project Planning, Benefits Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Stakeholder Management
