He/She should possess the ability to work in a fast paced unstructured environment. This person will be working with the Director of Projects and be a part of a PMO team. The PMO team is responsible for vetting all projects that are getting contracted & ensuring all contracted projects and their deliverables are on track.

This would involve a clear understanding of project management processes and ability to apply them as applicable to the various scenarios in day to day operations across teams. This role will be based from one of our major cities, however you can expect an element of travel should we need your expertise for one of our Interstate clients. Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning, Resourcing, Designing & signing off on contracts Take the needs and challenges of a client and partner with them to formulate the delivery road map and project plans to support business strategies and goals Manage delivery scope, budgets and risks throughout the lifecycle of the project Navigate teams through all phases of project delivery to ensure successful delivery of projects & their milestones Oversee project documentation, if any Risk Management & Error log maintenance, as applicable Manage stakeholder relationships Review project progress at regular intervals and generate reports for presenting to external & internal stakeholders as applicable Optimize processes and resources, as applicable throughout the lifecycle of the project Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Indicate growth opportunities, with respect to PMO team or clients, as appropriate Measure & Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Key Requirements: Proven project management experience of at least 3 to 4 years of total experience in leading end to end IT projects with multiple stakeholders Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Experience planning and managing human, financial, material, and information resources Must be articulate and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Problem solving ability Ability to educate & coach stakeholders on right project management practices Good to have Account development experience; creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships that have yielded business opportunity Masters in Business Administration / Prince2 certification / PMP certification Excellent Excel Skills Inclusion and Diversity We’re proud to be different and that starts with our people.
