Program/Project Manager – Networking, Infrastructure & Cloud Migration Experience: 8+ Years Role Summary Seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead large-scale networking, infrastructure, and cloud migration programs for global clients (Asia, Europe, US). The role demands strong technical understanding, governance expertise, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless execution from planning to stabilization. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end program delivery for infrastructure & cloud migration initiatives Coordinate across network, infrastructure, security, application, and cloud teams Manage stakeholders (clients, internal teams, vendors) Maintain roadmaps, risk registers, and escalation matrices Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, SLAs, and quality standards Lead governance meetings, reporting, and executive reviews Oversee resource planning, change management, and transitions Enable cross-region collaboration (Asia, US, Europe) Identify risks and drive proactive mitigation Technical Skills & Requirements Strong knowledge of: Enterprise Networking: LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, SD-WAN Data Center: Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Backup/DR Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP Cloud Migration: Lift & Shift, Re-platforming, Hybrid/Multi-cloud Security & Compliance fundamentals Experience with ITIL / IT Service Management Familiarity with project/program management tools Basic exposure to DevOps / Automation (preferred) Core Competencies Strong stakeholder & vendor management Excellent communication & presentation skills Proven experience managing multi-team, multi-region programs Strong risk management, budgeting, and governance skills Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities Preferred Certifications PMP / PRINCE2 / PgMP ITIL Certification Cloud Certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP) Agile/Scrum (CSM / SAFe – plus) Additional Requirements LinkedIn profile mandatory (avoid recently created profiles) Verify Provident Fund (PF) history Mention education/career gaps with reasons Only immediate joiners (no 30-day notice candidates)
