We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver Electronic Tolling and Traffic Management projects across Argentina, with potential exposure to other Latin American markets. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects associated with key customers while becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive contract execution, change management, claims management, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and best practices across project activities.
• Track, analyze, and present project performance metrics, including SLAs and KPIs.
• Support commercial discussions and identify opportunities to expand existing customer partnerships.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a Project Manager role with proven responsibility for end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience managing medium-scale projects in international and customer-facing environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in client relationship management, contract management, risk management, and conflict resolution.
• Experience defining, tracking, and presenting project SLAs and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or above), both written and spoken.
