Project Manager, IT

This position requires you to be working in office, 3 days per week, from our Bala Cynwyd, PA office. Position Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure projects align with organizational goals and follow established project management standards.

Facilitate project planning meetings Responsible for end-to-end project plan that includes all activities needed to achieve project goals. Identify critical path tasks and predecessor tasks required to successfully deliver the project.

Secure partner team buy in and commitment to deliverables and timelines associated with assigned projects. Provide status reports and updates pertaining to assigned projects. Work with both internal and external teams to identify and address risks, issues, and roadblocks.

Drive management of project backlog review and prioritization process. Education and Experience 5+ years of Technology based project management experience leading medium to large enterprise programs. Bachelor's degree in STEM, Supply Chain, or Project Management Previous experience implementing technology solutions in large organizations.

Experience in Agile / Kanban process and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience executing and coordinating integration, system, regression, and user-acceptance testing. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe) Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments Experience managing vendors and third-party partners Familiarity with security concepts, including roles, domains, and business process security Experience in managing ERP and Supply Chain (including but not limited to Finance, HR modules) along with ERP best practices and ERP Change Management 3+ years of experience with service and/or retail technologies. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Problem-Solving & Decision Making that supports the project and its deliverables. Ability to clearly communicate Project status, risks, and plans.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with confidence and conviction in communications. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently within defined job scope.
