Role Details Position: Project Manager Location: E37, Block E, Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month Work Schedule: 5.5 days a week, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Project Manager This role is built for someone who can take full ownership of teams, timelines, and execution . You will be responsible for ensuring that multiple campaigns run seamlessly — from planning to delivery — while managing people, processes, and performance on a day-to-day basis. You are not just coordinating work — you are driving teams, enforcing structure, and ensuring outcomes .

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for individuals who have prior experience in managing campaigns, teams, or execution-heavy projects. Core Responsibility: Team & Project Ownership Team Management & Execution Control Lead and manage multiple internal teams including operations, outreach, content, and on-ground execution Assign tasks with clarity, ensure proper delegation, and drive accountability across team members Monitor daily execution, track performance, and ensure alignment with project goals Identify execution gaps and resolve them proactively Maintain high standards across timelines, quality, and output delivery Project Management & Delivery Own end-to-end execution of campaigns — from planning → coordination → execution → reporting Break down campaigns into clear workflows and ensure each stage is delivered on time Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without compromising quality Oversee all moving parts including permissions, vendors, volunteers, creatives, and logistics Troubleshoot in real-time and ensure seamless execution across on-ground and digital initiatives Process & System Enforcement Build structured workflows to streamline operations across teams Ensure all tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and documented Enforce daily reporting, tracking systems, and accountability mechanisms Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and execution speed Stakeholder & Cross-Team Coordination Act as the central coordination point between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders Ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution across all parties Manage expectations and maintain professionalism in all interactions What We’re Looking For Prior experience in managing campaigns, activations, or execution-heavy projects Experience in handling teams, delegating tasks, and driving accountability Someone who can lead teams, not just manage tasks Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action Ability to operate under pressure and handle multiple deadlines Highly structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven Strong communication skills with confidence in managing stakeholders What This Role Really Demands You are responsible for people, timelines, and results You are expected to bring structure into fast-moving environments You ensure that execution happens — consistently and without delays What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in managing campaigns and teams at scale Direct exposure to brand partnerships and execution strategy Strong foundation in operations, leadership, and project management Opportunity to grow in a high-performance environment
