Role: Project Manager/Director of Project Management Industry: Power Generation Location: Fully onsite Houston + travel Salary: competitive + bonus + equity We are partnered with a rapidly scaling company who develop hybrid distributed solutions (gas turbines & BESS) to clients in the data center, energy, commercial and industrial sectors. They plan to add over 2.2GW of projects this year alone! You will lead a portflio of power generation projects and oversee these projects from start to finish, including scoping development, detailed engineering through to construction before then handing to operations.

You will also manage budgets and financial performance. *Only US Citizens or Greencard holders can be considered *Relocation assistance provided Responsibilities Lead power generation projects (gas turbine and hybrid systems) from development through execution and handover Own project scope from start to finish - scoping development, detailed engineering through to construction before handing off to operations. Develop and execute project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and delivery strategy Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract execution Coordinate across engineering, EPCs, contractors, and key stakeholders Oversee installation, commissioning, and operational readiness of generation assets Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Provide regular reporting, financial tracking, and updates to leadership Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) 5+ years of project management experience within power generation or energy infrastructure Strong background in gas turbines, power plant operations, or facilities engineering Experience delivering projects across both greenfield and brownfield environments Proven track record managing full lifecycle delivery (development through construction to operations handover) Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and project execution Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent) Strong stakeholder management skills with a delivery-focused mindset Nice-to-Haves PMP certification Experience within compressor stations, midstream, upstream, or industrial plant environments Exposure to BESS or hybrid energy systems Why apply Join a high-growth developer with a strong and expanding project pipeline Own end-to-end delivery of mission-critical energy infrastructure projects Competitive compensation package with bonus and equity upside Hit “Apply Now” for further details if you meet the criteria above, or send your resume directly to [email protected] .
