Project Manager – Marine & Ports At ABB, we help industries outrun leaner and cleaner. Our Marine & Ports business delivers advanced automation, electrification, and digital solutions that help ports and marine operators improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability. We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-sized projects across our Marine & Ports portfolio, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments, financial targets, quality standards, cybersecurity requirements, and HSE expectations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead project execution from handover through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost targets are met Establish and drive the project execution strategy, including planning, monitoring, and control activities Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders to achieve project goals Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Ensure compliance with ABB policies, cybersecurity standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements Champion ABB’s core values, safety culture, and integrity standards across all project activities Maintain accountability for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) performance and drive continuous improvement Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration across global teams Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required 5+ years of project management experience in Marine, Ports, Industrial Automation, or Electrification environments Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, budgeting, and risk management Experience working with cross-functional and global teams Knowledge of industrial control systems, electrification, or automation solutions preferred Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements in industrial environments is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills ABB’s Marine & Ports division is at the forefront of port electrification, automation, and digital transformation, helping customers modernize operations and reduce emissions.
