Fine Drywall Ltd. has proudly served the Lower Mainland, Okanagan, Vancouver Island, and Alberta for over 19 years. We specialize in steel framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings across commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated, organized, and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects with excellence, efficiency, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of multiple construction projects Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules Prepare detailed cost estimates and perform quantity take-offs to monitor and track project changes through completion. Collaborate closely with field staff and office teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contracts Lead and coordinate on-site operations alongside superintendents and site teams to ensure successful project execution from start to completion. Monitor timelines and proactively adjust schedules to meet critical deadlines Define project scope and manage subcontractor and internal team expectations Allocate and manage internal and external resources effectively Ensure on-site safety standards are always upheld Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation and reporting Implement and monitor quality control procedures Identify, assess, and manage project risks and scope changes Proactively troubleshoot and resolve project challenges Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings and specifications Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the wall and ceiling industry or related construction trades Proven experience in construction project management Experience managing large-scale high-rise multifamily and commercial projects Certificate, diploma, or university degree in a related field is considered an asset Project Management training or certification is considered an asset Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package reflective of experience, performance, and industry expertise.
