Die EF Group GmbH ist ein General Contractor für die Planung und Realisierung temporärer Bauten – vor allem Messestände sowie Projekte im Bereich Contract und Retail. Für unseren Standort in Köln suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektmanager (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

\n

\n
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Projekten im Messe-, Contract- oder Ladenbau von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
\n
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Planungsteam, Produktion und Logistik während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit
\n
• Termin-, Budget- und Qualitätskontrolle im Projektverlauf
\n
• Koordination von Gewerken, Lieferanten und Montageteams
\n
• Baustellenbetreuung vor Ort, auch auf Messen und bei Ladenbauprojekten
\n
• Erstellung von Projektunterlagen und Dokumentation
\n

Ihr Profil

\n

\n
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung; ein Studium (z. B. Architektur, Innenarchitektur, Wirtschaft) ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
\n
• Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert – auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
\n
• Interesse an Bau-, Messe- oder Ladenbauprojekten
\n
• Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
\n
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
\n
• Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
\n
• Reisebereitschaft für Baustellen- und Messeeinsätze
\n

\n

EF Group GmbH is a general contractor for the design and construction of temporary structures – mainly trade fair stands, as well as projects in the contract and retail sectors. We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Cologne office as soon as possible.

\n

Your responsibilities

\n

\n
• Independently manage trade fair, contract, or retail/shopfitting projects from planning through execution
\n
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, the design team, production, and logistics throughout the project
\n
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
\n
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and installation teams
\n
• Oversee on-site work, including at trade fairs and retail build-outs
\n
• Prepare project documentation and reporting
\n

Your profile

\n

\n
• Completed commercial or technical vocational training; a degree (e.g., architecture, interior design, business) is a plus but not required
\n
• Some experience in project management is helpful – motivated career starters are welcome to apply
\n
• Interest in construction, trade fair, or retail/shopfitting projects
\n
• Good organizational skills, strong communication, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
\n
• Confident use of MS Office
\n
• Good German and English skills
\n
• Willingness to travel for site visits and trade fairs
\n
