Project Manager - CAWI

We’re hiring: Project Manager - CAWI (Online Sampling) Location: Noida Work Mode: Onsite Company: Insights Opinion Insights Opinion is looking for an experienced Project Manager - CAWI to manage online sampling projects across global healthcare, B2B, and consumer research studies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CAWI project execution, online panel coordination, sampling feasibility, API integrations, DIY research tools, publisher networks, fieldwork monitoring, client communication, and vendor management. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in project management for online sampling/CAWI projects Prior experience in market research project management will be preferred Exposure to healthcare, B2B, or consumer online research studies will be an added advantage Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end CAWI/online sampling projects Coordinate with clients, panels, vendors, publishers, and internal teams Review feasibility, quotas, timelines, CPI, LOI, IR, and project specifications Work with API-based sample integrations, DIY tools, and publisher network partners Monitor fieldwork performance, sample delivery, quality, conversion, and incidence rates Troubleshoot project issues related to targeting, redirects, survey links, APIs, and sample flow Ensure timely project updates, reporting, documentation, and issue resolution Maintain data quality, compliance, and respondent experience standards Requirements : Practical exposure to API integrations, DIY survey/sampling platforms, and publisher networks Strong understanding of sampling, quotas, LOI, IR, CPI, redirects, reconciliation, and fieldwork metrics Excellent client communication, coordination, and vendor management skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines Healthcare market research experience will be an added advantage If you have experience managing online sampling projects, API-based sampling, DIY tools, and publisher networks, we’d love to hear from you.
