Project Manager - Capital Development

Logistics Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Environment: Hybrid, On-site 3x/week Salary: $$85,000-$126,000/yr Day-to-Day Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support large-scale capital development projects within a growing affordable housing portfolio. This individual will own full lifecycle delivery of major construction projects (typically $60M–$70M in value), from early planning and design through to construction and occupancy. On a daily basis, they will work closely with general contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders while acting as the owner’s representative to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

A strong emphasis will be placed on contract management—reviewing agreements, managing disputes, tracking changes, and ensuring all parties are aligned to scope. The Project Manager will also oversee project schedules, evaluate risks, monitor site progress, and independently troubleshoot issues such as delays or cost impacts, with support from senior leadership as needed. Must Haves 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction, real estate development, or capital projects Experience managing large-scale projects ($50M+ range) from start (planning/design) through to completion/occupancy Strong contract management experience (reviewing agreements, change orders, dispute resolution) Experience working closely with general contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks Ability to work independently and make decisions as an owner’s representative Plusses Experience working on multi-residential or affordable housing projects Background working on both contractor and owner-side projects Exposure to government-funded or regulated construction projects Experience mentoring or overseeing Assistant Project Managers Familiarity with procurement, tendering, and RFP processes
