Project Manager

Location: Filton (60% onsite, flexible for additional days depending on project needs) Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, between 7am – 7pm) Rate: £45.00 per hour (Umbrella) / £33.64 per hour (PAYE) IR35: Inside of IR35 Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Our Client) About the Role Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical project within their Flight and Integration Test Centre. You will be responsible for the development of a control room to monitor lab test means, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role sits within a transnational team operating across multiple sites and countries, requiring strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities Define the Statement of Work and establish project governance. Lead project execution, monitoring time, cost, and quality metrics. Manage risks and opportunities effectively.

Report progress to external stakeholders. Capture lessons learned and provide recommendations for future projects. About You Strong project/program management background (PMI certification is an asset).

Engineering background with technical knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously with high agility.

Team player with strong leadership qualities. Experience in transnational work environments.
