Project Manager

## Job Description# Project Manager* Take ownership of the end-user rollout and adoption of the Planview enterprise tool.* Collaborate with a partner Project Manager who will run the development sprints.* Ensure business group requirements are effectively captured and prioritized for sprints.* Oversee the implementation of improvements and manage the second-round rollout process.* Facilitate the transition from the pilot phase to full adoption, addressing feedback from UAT.* Drive business process improvements related to the tool's implementation.* Familiarity with using and supporting the development of Planview or a similar enterprise tool.* Experience working with developers on enterprise system rollouts.* Proficiency in Agile methodologies.* Demonstrated ability in business process development and improvement.* Understanding of the corporate challenges associated with a large-scale tool rollout.* Previous experience with our organization.* A proactive approach and the ability to operate independently.* Ability to bring a fresh perspective to process improvement initiatives.*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
