Job Description
Press Ganey is looking for a Project Associate to support healthcare improvement efforts across the United States. This non‑exempt, hourly role involves travel (up to 70% of the time) and requires a flexible schedule that varies weekly. The position is not benefits eligible except for a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting expertise and engage in billable consulting activities with client teams.
- Manage evolving client expectations and collaborate on integration with consulting and service delivery.
- Conduct interviews with hospital personnel and on‑site observations.
- Monitor client experience and recommend strategies to enhance services.
- Assist with documentation, presentation, and delivery of results.
- Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems or processes.
- Attend regular face‑to‑face or virtual meetings with clients.
- Ensure quality control of all deliverables.
- Drive the development of thought‑leadership materials and new service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong conceptual, quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Ability to lead and motivate client project team members.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Significant knowledge of clinical practice standards and operational processes.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time on assigned projects.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in nursing, healthcare administration, public policy, public health, or business administration preferred.
- Relevant licenses or certifications are a plus.
