Job Description
Our client is a well-established provider of commercial and industrial building services to a diverse portfolio of clients across Melbourne.
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Project Admin to align with internal and external stakeholders, and support the delivery of construction projects.
PROJECT ADMIN
Start: ASAP
Duration: Permanent Position
Days/Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (8.30am-5pm) and Tuesday (8.30am-3pm)
Remuneration: $80-100K (depending on experience) + superannuation
The Role:
As a Project Admin you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of building and construction projects. You will liaise with project managers, clients, contractors and suppliers on a daily basis, coordinating trades and organising tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
You will confidently engage stakeholders, look beyond the task at hand to anticipate needs, and apply high-level organisational skills to work across multiple tasks with conflicting priorities, and do it all with a smile, in a professional, accurate and efficient manner!
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Admin role within the building and construction industry
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction project administration
- Previous experience supporting project delivery teams
- Superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise confidently with project managers, clients, contractors and suppliers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment
- Organised and efficient with a background juggling multiple and, at times, conflicting tasks with no impact to accuracy, quality or service
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adept in the use of project management software (e.g. MS Project)
