You will be part of a collaborative team developing a native iOS application designed to streamline training assessments for airline training organizations worldwide. You will have the chance to work with modern development frameworks and contribute to solutions that are used by training professionals across the global aviation industry. Responsibilities Develop mobile iOS applications using React Native Develop web applications using React Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across front end and backend components Contribute to improving application performance, scalability, and maintainability Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development Work flexible hours to support communications with team members located outside the United States Skills 3–5+ years building production React Native apps with App Store releases and iOS focus Strong React fundamentals including components, hooks, and lifecycle for Native and Web Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Practical iOS knowledge including Xcode, provisioning, code signing, simulators, and device debugging State management experience with Redux, Recoil, Context, and hooks React web tooling familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Create React App, or Next.js UI skills for iOS including Auto Layout concepts, platform conventions, and responsive layouts Testing experience with unit/integration tests using Jest and React Native Testing Library, plus basic E2E awareness CI/CD and release experience with Fastlane, GitHub Actions or CircleCI, and App Store submission Debugging and performance optimization including JS thread profiling, memory management, startup time optimization, and crash triage using Sentry or Crashlytics Git version control, agile collaboration, code reviews, and clear communication skills Native iOS development with Swift or Objective C (preferred) Web SSR/SSG experience with Next.js and web performance optimization (preferred) PWA knowledge and progressive enhancement for web targets (preferred) Offline and sync strategies with local databases (preferred) Mobile security including secure storage, Keychain/Keystore, and secure networking (preferred) Mentoring, architecture reviews, and cross team collaboration experience (preferred) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically 5 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination such as a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience or 9 years of related work experience Pay Rate Range Min Pay Rate $58 Max Pay Rate $63 Currency USD Unit hourly Benefits Information Optional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Tundra Technical Solutions is among North America’s leading providers of Staffing and Consulting Services.
