Job Description

Purpose: To manage the planning, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of AHEAD International’s programmes in line with organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver programmes in line with agreed objectives, budgets, and timelines. Monitor programme performance, impact, and outcomes using appropriate evaluation frameworks.

Coordinate operational staff, consultants, and volunteers involved in programme delivery. Prepare progress reports for senior management, funders, and Trustees. Support capacity‑building and training initiatives across programmes.

Ensure safeguarding, equality, and compliance standards are embedded in all programme activities. Person Specification – Essential Qualifications and Experience Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Project Management, International Development, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing programmes or projects within a charity, NGO, or public sector organisation.

Proven experience of programme planning, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with senior managers. Knowledge of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and compliance standards in the voluntary sector.

Strong report writing, data analysis, and presentation skills. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Fluency in written and spoken English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
