Remote Senior Block Property Manager Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm Salary: Up to £55,000pa + Benefits Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays Portfolio: Covering South East Type:Remote working with one day per month in the office Full UK driving licence is essential The Role As a Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of residential estates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for overseeing financial performance, maintenance programmes, client relationships, and overall estate management. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential developments and ensuring high service standards are maintained.

Preparing and managing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and maintaining strong financial controls. Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works, liaising with contractors and ensuring works are completed efficiently. Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, clients, and stakeholders.

Chairing meetings and ensuring clear, professional communication across all parties. Delivering against agreed KPIs and service standards. About You Previous experience within residential block or estate management.

ATPI qualification is essential. Strong knowledge of service charge budgeting and financial management. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good understanding of current property management legislation. RICS accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential. What's on Offer Salary up to £55,000 per annum.
