Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Programmatic Specialist with 10+ years of experience in managing programmatic advertising campaigns across display, video, Connected TV (CTV), and YouTube environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Google Ads , with a strong understanding of campaign planning, audience strategy, optimization, and reporting. This role will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling programmatic campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business outcomes for our clients and brands.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution Plan, set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across: Build and execute campaigns within DV360 and Google Ads platforms. Develop media plans aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs. Configure campaign settings, budgets, pacing, targeting, frequency caps, and bidding strategies.
Audience Strategy & Targeting Create audience strategies using: First-party, Custom, Affinity, In-market, Remarketing and lookalike, Contextual and behavioral targeting Implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance. Campaign Optimization Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on: Optimize bids, placements, creatives, audience segments, and inventory sources. Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Measurement & Reporting Develop performance reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor pacing and budget utilization to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
Present campaign performance reviews and optimization plans. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with media planners, account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to execute campaigns successfully. Coordinate with platform representatives and publisher partners for campaign activation and troubleshooting.
Stay informed about industry trends, new ad formats, and platform enhancements. Required Qualifications Any Bachelor's degree 10+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and media buying. Strong experience managing campaigns on: Display & Video 360 (DV360) & Google Ads Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, bidding methodologies, and inventory buying strategies.
Experience with audience targeting and remarketing strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
