Oracle Consultant

Job Summary: Apex IT India is seeking an Oracle Engagement Cloud consultant with Redwood (NGS) user experience. Candidates should be team players willing to cross-train and obtain certifications. Duties/Responsibilities :Designing the application using Redwood and modifying the Redwood pages .Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud per the design provided by the Team Leader .Own development responsibility from definition through delivery .Exhibit strong design and development skills .Adapt to creating business process models based on client requirements .Orientation to contribute both as a mentor and an individual contributor .Strong troubleshooting and groovy coding skills .

Competenc y (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ):6+ years of experience implementing ‘Oracle Engagement Cloud’ / ‘Oracle Sales Cloud’ CRM system s.Experience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Outlook, Mobile) with some experience implementing Redwood UI, including a responsive UI and Visual builde r.Experience/knowledge of functional modules like Sales Planning and Forecasting, Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities, Sales Territories, Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs, Mobile and Outlook integration, and File Impor t.Good experience in visual builder in creating Extensions, Action chains, Event Listeners, JSON, and JavaScrip t.Certification in Oracle Redwood Development is a great plu s.Experience with any other Oracle cloud like CPQ, or OIC is an added advantag e.Strong programming skills and the ability to review complex code bases others writ e.Excellent problem-solving skill s.Ability to research, follow up, and resolve complex problem s.Ability to understand, analyze, and solve explicit and implicit requirement s.
