Drive the Future is an internship program opportunity for Brazil university students. The program seeks proactive, creative, and self‑driven students interested in Corporate, Front Office, Finance & Operations or Technology roles. No prior work experience is needed. The internship will run from November 9th, 2026, and you will be hired at our São Paulo Office (Itaim Bibi).
Required Qualifications
- University students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, International Relations, Law or related courses.
- Graduation expected in Nov 2028 or later.
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Availability to work 6 h per day (30 h/week) in one of the following shifts: 9 h‑16 h, 10 h‑17 h or 12 h‑19 h (with a 1 h lunch break).
- Availability to work in person 5 days per week at our São Paulo Office (Itaim Bibi), located at Av Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3729.
- Full‑time students (curso integral) are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and are in their final year of studies in 2027.
- Students from universities outside the São Paulo Metropolitan area are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and live within a commutable distance from the office.
- Interest in pursuing careers within Front Office, Corporate, Finance & Operations or Technology internship roles.
- For positions designated for people with disabilities (PcDs) in Brazil, a medical report will be required during the recruiting process.
