Job Summary - We are looking for a Program/Revenue Manager – Strategy & Growth to drive high-impact strategic programs across categories, with a strong focus on execution, growth, and business performance. This role partners closely with Business Heads and senior leaders to translate strategy into action, while supporting revenue, P&L, and scale initiatives in a fast-growing environment Key Responsibilities: Own and execute strategic and growth programs end-to-end, including planning, release management, timelines, and deliverables Partner with Business Heads on P&L and revenue management, including forecasting, performance tracking, margin analysis, and growth levers Analyze business data, funnels, and processes to generate insights and drive category growth Set up and track KPIs, dashboards, and operating metrics to monitor program and business performance Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Ops, Customer Support) to ensure alignment and execution Drive stakeholder and leadership management by facilitating reviews, operating cadence, and decision forums Track leadership action items and ensure follow-through on key commitments Prepare concise updates and presentations for senior leadership Key Skills and Qualifications: MBA from a reputed B-School (preferred) 4–8 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, PMO, CEO’s/Founder’s Office, Consulting, or similar roles Prior exposure to high-growth, scaling, or transformation environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills with a bias for action Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in time-critical situations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Exposure to P&L, revenue, or business performance management is a strong plus Emeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws
