About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy, social media presence, and digital brand growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute, analyze performance, and drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities 1) Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute social media strategies across , Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels. Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
Drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. 2) Content Marketing Plan, create, edit, and oversee high-quality content including social posts, blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content. Ensure content aligns with SEO and demand generation objectives. 3) Performance & Analytics Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
Analyze engagement, traffic, lead generation, and conversion data. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Optimize content strategies based on performance data. 4) Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with designers, freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Manage content production workflows and deadlines. Support product launches, webinars, events, and marketing campaigns. Requirements 3–7 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Proven track record of growing social media presence and driving measurable business results. Strong content writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B, SaaS, consulting, technology, or startup sectors. Experience managing external agencies or content creators.
Familiarity with AI-powered content and marketing tools. Demonstrated success in building organic brand presence and lead generation campaigns. Work Arrangement Remote Full-time
