Role Overview:

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for the Wipeout Remediation Pod, you will drive operational governance, backlog clearance velocity, and 80% SLO compliance for complex system alerts. You will bridge core engineering teams in São Paulo and the supplier remediation pod, ensuring seamless execution, feedback loops for root-cause taxonomies, and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

● Operational Governance & SLO Tracking: Own day-to-day operations, metric tracking, and reporting to ensure $80% SLO adherence for complex Wipeout alerts.

● Engineering Feedback Loops: Collaborate with core development teams to feed structured root-cause findings and defect patterns back upstream for permanent fixes.

● Backlog Management: Oversee end-to-end operational backlog clearance, triage routing, and escalation management.

● Process Standardization: Oversee the authoring, refinement, and maintenance of durable runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Mandatory Qualifications:

● Strong familiarity with data analysis and querying languages (SQL, Python) to monitor and audit operational dashboards and triage metrics.
