Job Description
Responsible to ensure that all industrial equipment and warehouse mechanical equipment is well maintained and operational to enhance productivity, maintain safety standards, and minimize down time.
1. Perform routine such as inspecting drives, motors, pumps, etc, and preventative
maintenance as necessary, including lubrication schedules and ensure inventories
are maintained to coincide with schedules to ensuring proper operating conditions.
The equipment involve include production, warehouse, some in laboratory, and
office.
2. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine
malfunctions.

Make and improve processes and maintenance procedures to increase efficiency
and reduce downtime. (SOP's, Maintenance description, etc,.)
4. Maintain logs of all preventive and breakdown maintenance performed on
equipment
5. Order parts, supplies, raw materials, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers.
6.
Assist outside contractors when needed to trouble shoot and make repairs to
equipment.
7. Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety
procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers.
8. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct/repair them,
checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.

Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe
systems or plumbing.
10. Estimate costs to repair machinery, equipment, or building structures.
11. Read and understand mechanical specifications and operational manuals to
ensure knowledge and the applicability to company machinery.
12.
Coordinate with the production assistant production, blending, bottling, and
shipment.
13. Perform welding tasks as needed: operate cutting torches or welding
equipment to cut or join metal parts.
14. Position, attach, or blow insulating materials to prevent energy losses from
buildings, pipes, or other structures or objects.
15.
Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
16. Recommend or implement measures to improve production methods,
equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
17. Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
18.
Adhere to established federal/state/company safety procedures.
19. Keep warehouse, production, bottling area, and surroundings clean and well
maintained.
20. Provide groundskeeping services, such as landscaping or snow removal when
needed.
21.
Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or
other parts of building structures
22. Responsible to diagnose any mechanical, electrical, or any other breakdown or
failure of a forklift.
23. Perform various repairs upon general instructions from the department
supervisor.
24.
Maintain positive open lines of communication with all management, staff and
other departments in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and
efficient operation of the organization.
25. Set up farming and maintenance in the field (trials, research farming, and
specific crops)
