Maintenance Technician Senior / Supervisor 

MSS International is a UK world leader (Europe, India, Americas) specialist in engineered components and assemblies. MSS harnesses over 50 years of metallurgical expertise and global production capabilities to deliver high-precision, engineered components for critical and energy sector applications.  The company is starting up its first manufacturing operations in the USA, and it is looking to build up the initial core team of professionals.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the technical maintenance is responsible for ensuring that industrial machinery, facility equipment, and physical plant operate safely and efficiently (plumbing, heating, AC). She/He provides general support/assistance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, system inspections, compliance and safety management (Maintenance management system). 

Position is  based in Houston (Texas), 100% on-site and requires US work authorization 

The candidate has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering – or equivalent practical field experience. Strong understanding of commercial/industrial manufacturing systems, problem-solving, and certifications required. All candidates must show an outstanding ability in teamwork, problem-solving, problem solving and customer orientation.

They must be naturally inclined to collaboration with a strong results-oriented mindset. High stress tolerance and a great understanding of different cultures/work environments are a plus.

Reference base salary between $80K and $100K + bonus + benefits.
