Production Support Engineer

Role : L2.5 Support Engineer Location : Hyderabad Experience : 5-12 Years Domain : Asset Management, Wealth Management or Investment Banking Requirements: 6+ years of IT experience, with minimum 5 years in L2.5 production support Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and exposure to API management for system to-system data flows Exposure to scripting (Python/PLSQL) and Kubernetes Familiarity with SDLC processes, Git/Bitbucket, and test automation Manage incident response and resolution within SLAs, including 24x7 on-call rotation
